1. Tattoo Must Be Done At Convention Venue Only.
2. Tattoo Can Be Disqualified If Correct Category Is Not Selected, and no individual tattoo may enter the same tattoo in more then one category on same day
3. Tattoos Can Be Screened Right Before The Competition To Filter Partial/Incomplete Tattoo, Wrongly Placed Category, Or For Not Following Competition Rules And They Can Be Disqualified Before The Competition.
4. For The Best Of The Day Tattoo Category, Tattoo Must Be Started On Respective Day Only. Any Previous Day Tattoo/Partial Tattoo Cannot Be A Part Of The Best Of The Day On Any Other Day.
5. Registration Will Be Open Between 12 PM To 4 PM Every Day At The Artist Support Desk. No New Registration Will Be Accepted After 4 PM. No Exception.
6. Competition Fee Is Non-Refundable And Non-Transferable In Any Circumstances.
7. If An Artist Do Not Show Up After 2 Consecutive Reminders Will Be Disqualified And No Argument Will Be Entrained. Participants Should Be Present At The Competition Stage 15 Minutes Prior To The Competition Time. All The Participants Of Respective Categories Should Be At Competition Stage. There Will Be No Calling For One By One. As All The Participant Of The Respective Category Has To Showcase Their Work On Stage Altogether. There Will Be No Exception In Any Circumstances. All Tattoo Should Be Finish By Competition Time.
8. There Can Be Loud Music Environment During Music Performances. So Follow The Time Frame Instead Of Relying On Announcements.
9. The Performing Artists Will Remain Anonymous Until Awards Are Presented; Judging Is Based Solely On The Technical And Artistic Qualities Of Each Tattoo.
10. All Judges Are Impartial And Unbiased. All Entries Are Considered Fairly And Equally Upon Their Merit.
11. Judgment Will Be Based On The Highest Earning Of The Token. All The Winners Are Selected By The Jury Members Only; There Is No Involvement Of The Organizer In Selecting The Winner. The Judgement Given By The Judges Is Final.
12. Both The Tattoo Artist And The Collector/Canvas Must Be Present To Receive Their Trophies.
13. Any Arguments With The Judge Before And After The Competition Will Be Considered Against The Code Of Conduct And Participant Can Be Banned From Future Events.
14. Collect Token After Successful Submission. Do Not Lose Token, It Won't Be Reissue. Wear The Token During Entire Competition. Award & Certificate For Winner And 1st Runner Up Of Each Category And Certificate For 2nd Runner Up Of Each Category. Participation Certificate For Each Participant There Will Be No Repeated Announcements For Participants. The Participant will be disqualified In Case Of No Show At A Designated Time
